Otter is the program that enables us to connect your system to all 3 major delivery platforms and consolidate that into one table and order management system. Get Otter installed and ready to go, so you can go live!

Test Connections

As part of the Otter installation and activation, we will have a meeting where we test your connections, make sure that we can see your business and that you are activated across all 3 delivery platforms and with all your virtual brands.

Confirm Menu Visibility

This next step is to confirm that your menus are live and visible for all brands, across all delivery platforms.

Menus are set by Epicore and adjusted regionally as needed.

Activate!

As soon as we have all of these steps completed, You are now ready to GO LIVE and start ACCEPTING ORDERS.

CONGRATULATIONS you are now able to receive PAID delivery orders.

Keys to Delivery Success

Respond to orders as soon as they arrive on your system
Remember to 'ACCEPT' the order so a driver gets notified
READ the order ticket thoroughly, so nothing is missed - especially the customer notes
Take care in preparing orders - like they were for your family!
Package the order properly, so the food stays hot and presents well for your customer
Remember to place a BRAND LABEL on the package or bag
FINALLY - remember to mark the order FULFILLED once you hand it off to the driver
