
Technology and Delivery Platforms
Once you sign up with Epicore as a Kitchen Partner, our team will take care of registering your business on the three primary delivery platforms, Skip The Dishes, Uber Eats, and DoorDash. Each platform has its own activation requirements, and we’ve outlined these below to help guide you smoothly through the process.


Our Activation Team will register your virtual brands on SkipTheDishes and DoorDash on your behalf. Both platforms will send activation emails directly to you, so please keep an eye out for these messages, as they are an important part of the setup process.
Once you receive an activation email, your account will be ready to access. Please log in as soon as possible and update the password to EpicoreBrands2025! so our team can complete the remaining activation steps efficiently.
After this is done, please complete the checklist below. Once confirmed, we’ll be able to move forward with activating your virtual brands on these platforms. Note you can change your password back once your brands are live.

Your Tablet
GREAT NEWS! Uber Eats is going to send you a brand new tablet that you can run your delivery program on. This will replace any tablets that you currently use. Please verify below that you have received your tablet and are ready to go live. If you need help with this or have questions, please contact us at onboarding@epicorebrands.ca
Your Printer
You will need a bluetooth enabled receipt printer that can connect to your tablet to receive orders. If you do not have one please let us know, so we can arrange to have Otter ship you one in time to go live.
Please check this list of printers to make sure that you have one that is compatible: Epson TM-m30 Epson TM-m30i Epson TM-m30ii Epson TM-m30iii Rongta RP328 Rongta RP310 Rongta 410 If you do not have a printer on this list, please let us know ASAP at onboarding@epicorebrands.ca so we can arrange to get one shipped to you.
Meet Otter
Otter is our integrated software solution that consolidates orders from each of delivery platforms and for each of your virtual brands. You can download Otter from the Google Play store and install it on your new tablet.
