You already know how to cook in your kitchen, all we are are the guides to implementing our virtual brands. By the end of this section you will be ready to start fulfilling orders.

What you have already accomplished

Ingredients

You have used the Brand Grocery List and identified the ingredients required to prepare the menus, sourcing any ingredients not already stocked by your kitchen.

Kitchen

You have set up your kitchen for success! All ingredients are prepped and ready to serve, you have your packaging ready, and you have created a delivery fulfillment station.

SOPs

You have downloaded and posted the BRAND SOPs, RECIPE GUIDES and SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS for each of the Epicore Virtual Brands you are operating.

Cook

You are now ready to cook, test your menu items and submit them to our AI Menu Analyzer for the final 'green light' to go live. Get your team involved in this process so they can see it all in action.

Prepare Items

In your brand activation guide there will be choices on products that need to be prepared for verification - choose 1. Be sure to follow the brand recipes and SOPs, and check your progress against the images in the recipe guide.

Record Progress

Once you are comfortable with the processes and satisfied with the product you are producing, repeat the menu item production steps and record your progress along the way. Take clear pictures of the beginning, middle and end of the production cycle.

Upload Images

Once you have your images, the next and final step is to upload them to our Menu Analyzer Program. This will review the images that you have generated and provide you with a definitive '
Ready to Launch' or some positive feedback on areas to improve.
